There are moments that define achievements some small, some large, and some just plain amazing. The past 3 years have been a journey of incredible moments, losses, and gains. This past Saturday was one of those gains, a real win for me personally. An account that I have coveted over the past 2 years finally accepted me as a vendor, not just accepted me but reached out to me to carry my products in the
ir Charlotte location.
Being the foodie that I am I follow so many trends, food industry activities, and I know what every generation is looking for. Gen X, iGen, Millennial’s, Baby Boomers all want something supposedly different, which inherently is correct. They want food, just on their terms. So there in lies the rub, provide with something they can utilize how they need.
